Every sport eats
different.

A wrestler making weight and a lineman adding it walk in the same afternoon needing opposite plans. Corey builds around the sport, the season, and the athlete standing in front of him. The consult is free.

Start with the
sport.

Nobody hands you a cart and points at a wall. Somebody asks what you play, where you are in your season, what practice looks like this week, and what you actually ate today. Product comes after that, if it comes at all.

  • Your sport, your position, your schedule — before anything comes off the shelf
  • What you're eating now. School lunch, after practice, before bed. Answer honest, that's the whole exercise
  • Food and water first. If that's the entire fix, that's what you'll hear
  • Free stack consult. No appointment, no charge, nothing you have to buy on the way out
  • InBody scan, walk in — if you'd rather have real numbers than a guess. Ask at the counter what it runs
  • Bring your mom, your dad, your coach. Nobody gets talked over and nobody gets talked down to
Programs and sports we fuel

The roster.

Every sport asks something different of a body. A wrestler making weight and a lineman adding it are not on the same plan — and neither is the athlete playing two seasons back to back.

Where it starts

Youth Club Teams

The next generation starts here — YAFL football, club soccer, travel baseball, gymnastics. Same free consult, same straight answers, just a shorter kid asking the questions and a parent standing right next to them.

YAFLSoccerBaseballGymnastics

Fighters In the cage and the ring

Making weight, putting it back on after the weigh-in, fueling camp. No gym required — if you fight, you're on the roster.

MMA / UFCBoxing

These are the sidelines Corey's on most weeks — practices, weigh-ins, Friday nights under the lights. But it was never a client list. Any athlete, any team, any sport, anywhere — that's who Unleashed is for.

Rio Rancho High School

Our hometown school — same town as the original store. Nine programs deep, from the weight room to the pool deck, and parents who want to know exactly what their kid is taking.

PowerliftingBaseballSoccerFootballWrestlingCheerTrackSwimmingSoftball

Volcano Vista High School

Hydration, recovery, and what to eat around a Friday night — on the mat, on the platform, or on the sideline. Senior starter or freshman just finding the weight room.

WrestlingFootballPowerliftingCheer

Cibola

August in New Mexico pulls water and weight off an athlete faster than they can put it back. Straight answers on hydration, what to eat before practice, and what to put back after.

Football

Sandia

A long season of weigh-ins and Saturdays with match after match. Straight answers on making weight without losing what's left of you by February.

Wrestling

Eldorado

Four programs, four different jobs — hoops runs on hydration through four quarters of running, football runs on recovery and holding weight, and cheer and baseball get the same straight answers everybody else does.

BasketballFootballCheerBaseball

Cleveland

Cleveland athletes get the same thing everybody else gets: straight answers on what to eat, when, and why it matters. Bring the questions. Bring the coach.

WrestlingBasketballFootballPowerlifting

Los Lunas

A skill kid trying to add weight, a lineman trying to move better — two different jobs. Come in and we'll tell you which one you are.

Football

Bernalillo

Seasons get built in the winter. Come talk about eating to add real weight in the offseason, then holding onto it once camp opens and the practices get long.

Football

We Support the UNM Lobos

New Mexico's college team gets the same shelf as the high schoolers — go Lobos.

Your program not on here? Email Corey — that is usually how a school ends up on this list.

There is no basic question

Ask it
anyway.

Almost every athlete walks in with the same handful of questions, and most are too embarrassed to say them out loud. Say them. You get a straight answer, in plain English, standing at the counter, for free.

  • "How long until I see something?" — a straight answer, never a promise
  • "Is this safe?" — we read the label with you. The front of the tub is marketing, the back is the truth
  • "Is it NCAA and NMAA approved?" — ask in store, product in your hand. We don't guess on that one
  • "What even is creatine?" — the most asked and most misunderstood question in the building
  • "Does it taste bad?" — you get an honest answer, including the times the honest answer is yes
  • Bring the label off something you already bought somewhere else. We'll read that one too

The standard here since 2006: we explain it until you own it. If you leave still confused, we didn't do our job.

Wrestling · Powerlifting · Football · Basketball

Different sport. Different
plan.

Two athletes, opposite problems, same week at the counter. Neither one gets the other's plan, and neither one gets a shortcut. What you need in week one isn't what you need in week ten. That's what the check-in is for.

  • WRESTLING — Make weight and still have legs on Saturday. Your coach and your program set the weight rules. We work inside them, never around them
  • POWERLIFTING — Adding size is a food problem first. We'd rather add one shake to a real day of eating than hand you five products
  • FOOTBALL — August heat is a water and calorie problem before it's anything else. By week ten the job is holding what you built all summer
  • BASKETBALL — Long schedule, back-to-backs, bus rides, whatever the team stops for. A plan that can't survive a gas station isn't a plan
  • THE CHECK-IN — Come back in October. Tell us what's actually happening and we change the plan instead of selling you a second one

We won't help an athlete crash weight. If the number you're chasing isn't a safe one, Corey says so out loud and sends you back to your coach.

Fuel · Water · Sleep

Sleep is the
supplement.

Most of what we get asked about turns out to be food, water and sleep before it's anything on the shelf. Sort that order and every other conversation gets easier.

  • Eat before practice, and eat something you've eaten before. Game day isn't the day to try anything new
  • Hydrate all day, not all at once. Sipping through school beats chugging in the locker room
  • Eat after training, not hours later on the drive home. Real food first
  • Sleep is free and nothing on our shelf competes with it. If you're short on sleep, that's the first fix, not a tub
  • Dead legs Thursday, cramping Friday — tell us what you ate and drank that week. That's where we start, and if it isn't the answer, that's a question for your trainer
  • A tournament day with four games and no kitchen gets its own plan. A packed cooler beats a gas station
  • Sore every single day isn't toughness. Tell somebody — your coach, your trainer, us — instead of riding it out

We're a supplement store, not a medical office. If a question belongs to a doctor, a dietitian or your athletic trainer, we say so and point you there.

The Athlete Special

The starter
stack.

The bundle off the printed flyer. One of each — Complete Mass 600, Pro Complete 40, Carb Matrix and Intek Glutamine Evolution. It's for the athlete already doing the work who doesn't want to guess through separate decisions. The flyer says who it's built for — athletes working on:

  • Lean muscle
  • Strength and performance
  • Recovery
  • Energy and focus
  • Ask about it before you buy it. If it's more than you need right now, you'll hear that at the counter

It's a starting stack, not a shortcut. Nothing in it does much without the food, the water and the sleep behind it — and we're the ones selling the shelf.

Email Corey.
He'll get you answers.

One address, and it goes to the owner. Not a form queue, not a chatbot, not a rep in another state. Email unleashednewmexico@gmail.com — your sport, your school, where you are in your season, and the one thing you're trying to fix. Whatever you play and wherever you play it, that's a conversation he wants to have.

  • Numerous programs across the metro — schools, club teams, youth leagues, and athletes who aren't on a team at all
  • Team and athlete sponsorships — Corey helps where he can
  • Free stack consults — walk in, no appointment, no charge
  • Safety, NCAA and NMAA questions — bring the tub, we read the label with you
  • Parents and coaches welcome — bring the whole conversation in
  • InBody body composition scans, walk-in, both stores

No program is too small and no athlete is too new — Corey answers his own mail. Or walk in: Rio Rancho, 2003 Southern Blvd SE Ste 107. Albuquerque, 7600 Menaul Blvd NE. Family run since 2006, independent since 2014. Shop local. Support local. Unleash results.
